1. Introduction

5. Account Registration

8. Backups

Unless expressly stated in your service plan, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may offer backup systems or backup-related services, we do not guarantee the availability, completeness, or recoverability of any backup unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Prime Host is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

9. Payments and Billing

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in advance according to the selected billing cycle.

You agree that:

  • recurring services may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
  • fees are non-refundable except where a refund policy expressly applies

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect the current billing period already paid for, unless otherwise stated.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, are subject to our posted refund policy or the specific terms of the service purchased.

  • setup fees are non-refundable
  • domain registrations, renewals, transfers, licenses, software, and third-party add-ons are non-refundable
  • services suspended or terminated for abuse or breach of these Terms are non-refundable

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or services immediately if:

  • your account is involved in spam, abuse, or malicious activity
  • we are required to do so by law or a competent authority

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Domain Services

If we provide domain-related services, you acknowledge that:

  • domain registrations are subject to availability
  • domain names are subject to registry and registrar rules
  • renewals are your responsibility unless automatic renewal is enabled and payment succeeds
  • expired domains may stop working, enter redemption, or become unavailable

Prime Host is not liable for loss of a domain due to failed renewal, incorrect contact information, payment failure, registry action, or registrar policy.

13. Uptime and Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, but we do not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency work, upstream outages, attacks, third-party failures, or events beyond our control may affect availability.

Any service level commitments must be stated separately in a written SLA, if offered.

14. Support

Support is provided through the channels listed on primehost.dev. We will use reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner, but response and resolution times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

Support does not include custom software development, unsupported configuration work, or issues caused by third-party code unless separately agreed.

15. Client Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant us a limited right to store, process, transmit, and otherwise handle your content only as necessary to provide the services.

You are solely responsible for your content, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

  • the services will meet every requirement or expectation

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.

Our total liability arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Prime Host for the affected service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prime Host, its owners, staff, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the services
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your content

22. Force Majeure
